One-on-one 12 Week Gone Well Program ($989) 

  • This is my ultimate intensive program that will be designed specifically to your needs. Each session, your protocol will be tweaked and tailored to where you are on your healing journey based on what is working and what’s not. 

  • Why 12 weeks? 12 weeks is the ideal amount of time a person can commit to establish long sustainable changes that will move the needle of your health and stay with you for life. 

  • It includes four 90-minute sessions every 4 weeks

  • During our one-on-one calls I will be giving you my undivided attention and take away the overwhelm by breaking up each session into small, bite-sized info that will focus on select key areas at a time. 

  • Beyond the body, we will be diving inward into the mind to uncover any patterns and behaviors that don’t serve you or your health. These mindset workshops will be customized to the areas in your life you feel need more TLC and improvement. 

  • You will have unlimited support via email, phone, and text throughout our 12 weeks. No more navigating your health journey in the dark or on your own. It is my true desire to be your mind+body therapist during our time together. 

  • You will have FREE access to any GGW workshops.

  • Access to updated Pinterest meal prep boards so you never get bored with meal planning.

  • In just 12 short weeks you will reverse the havoc stress has caused on both your body and your mindset, whether it is hormone imbalances, banishing bloat, finding balance between your diet and working out, understanding what foundational supplements you need, or all of the above.

  • You will be given free access to any GGW workshops. 

  • You will have a personal supplement protocol based on deficiencies or any lacking foundational support.
